Zipolite, Mexico | Held In-Person

4-Day Serenity & Insight Retreat

November 13 - 17, 2026

Join Trina Truong in an immersive 4 Days in a serene contemplative sanctuary on the shores of Zepolite, Mexico to cultivate deep inner stillness through the practice of mindfulness and meditation. This is a time to pause, rest, and renew—an opportunity to look inward and rediscover the Dharma (the true nature) within ourselves.

Together, we will nurture tranquility and awareness through the ancient wisdom teaching of anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing), rediscovering self-compassion, as we practice mindfulness and loving-kindness toward our body, heart, and mind. Our days will include periods of sitting, walking, gentle movement, self-massage, and mindful eating, accompanied by chants and practice songs to help steady the heart and mind. There will be opportunities for group reflection and one-on-one interviews.

Dates: November 13 - 17, 2026

Location: La Gracia Retreat Center located in Zipolite, Mexico.

Retreat Fee: Operational Base Rate of $209 + The Practice of Dana. See below for more details.

HOW TO REGister

Complete the registration form then submit retreat fee to secure your spot.

We want to honor the sacred, heart-centered nature of this ancient tradition while being incredibly clear about the practical reality: Dāna is not a tip; it is a community-supported ecosystem of mutual care. To bridge this gap, our model shifts the focus from a capitalist transaction to a practice of shared responsibility, mutual support, and interconnectedness.

1. The Operational Base Rate ($209 USD)

This registration fee is a fixed, non-refundable cost that goes directly toward the bare-minimum physical expenses of making the retreat possible. It covers: nutritious prepared meals for the duration of the retreat and the teacher’s essential travel expenses. It does not cover: lodging facilities, retreat center fees, or compensation for the teacher’s time, energy, and teachings.

2. The Practice of Dāna (Lodging & Teacher's Time)

In the spirit of dana (the Pali word for generosity), the teachings themselves are given freely. The teacher is donating their time, preparation, and wisdom to support your path. To make this sustainable, you are invited to practice Dāna in return.

Your Dāna contribution is a single split offering that directly pays for your 4 nights of lodging at La Gracia and sustains the livelihood of your teacher.

Secure your spot by submitting the base rate of $209. Your lump-sum Dāna can be offered at the end of the retreat via cash, check, or digital pay.
