PORTLAND, OR | HELD IN-PERSON & ONLINE

1-Day Retreat: August 30, 2025

Enjoy a day of stopping. Experience the nourishment of silence. Be held in a loving and gentle container held by Trina and the presence of friends practicing with you. Cultivate the energy of mindfulness that listens and honors our need to take care of ourselves and practice compassion and lovingkindness to our body, heart and mind.

We will cultivate mindful awareness through meditation in any posture that is suitable for what you need. We will engage in mindful walking and mindful movement. We will practice mindful eating. If the weather is nice, there is the option to practice in the courtyard. Please pack your own lunch. Trina will provide 1:1 sessions for those who need additional support and guidance.
