Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week class designed to enhance mindfulness through weekly sessions that include guided meditations, group discussions, and mindfulness exercises. Participants engage in a comprehensive exploration of mindfulness practices, aiming to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.  This classes combines mindfulness meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement to help individuals manage stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life.
